Verse 5

Therefore you will have no one who divides the land by lot in the assembly of Yahweh.

Deut 32:8 : 8 When the Most High gave to the nations their inheritance, When he separated the children of men, He set the bounds of the peoples According to the number of the children of Israel.
Josh 18:4 : 4 Appoint for you three men of each tribe: and I will send them, and they shall arise, and walk through the land, and describe it according to their inheritance; and they shall come to me.
