Verse 28

In the multitude of people is the king's glory, But in the lack of people is the destruction of the prince.

Exod 1:12 : 12 But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and the more they spread out. They were grieved because of the children of Israel.
Exod 1:22 : 22 Pharaoh charged all his people, saying, "You shall cast every son who is born into the river, and every daughter you shall save alive."
1 Kgs 4:20-21 : 20 Judah and Israel were many as the sand which is by the sea in multitude, eating and drinking and making merry. 21 Solomon ruled over all the kingdoms from the River to the land of the Philistines, and to the border of Egypt: they brought tribute, and served Solomon all the days of his life.
1 Kgs 20:27 : 27 The children of Israel were mustered, and were provisioned, and went against them: and the children of Israel encamped before them like two little flocks of kids; but the Syrians filled the country.
2 Kgs 10:32-33 : 32 In those days Yahweh began to cut off from Israel: and Hazael struck them in all the borders of Israel; 33 from the Jordan eastward, all the land of Gilead, the Gadites, and the Reubenites, and the Manassites, from Aroer, which is by the valley of the Arnon, even Gilead and Bashan.
2 Kgs 13:7 : 7 For he didn't leave to Jehoahaz of the people save fifty horsemen, and ten chariots, and ten thousand footmen; for the king of Syria destroyed them, and made them like the dust in threshing.
