Verse 2

Like a fluttering sparrow, Like a darting swallow, So the undeserved curse doesn't come to rest.

Num 23:8 : 8 How shall I curse, whom God has not cursed? How shall I defy, whom Yahweh has not defied?
2 Sam 16:12 : 12 It may be that Yahweh will look on the wrong done to me, and that Yahweh will requite me good for [his] cursing of me this day.
Neh 13:2 : 2 because they didn't meet the children of Israel with bread and with water, but hired Balaam against them, to curse them: however our God turned the curse into a blessing.

1 Sam 14:28-29 : 28 Then answered one of the people, and said, Your father directly charged the people with an oath, saying, Cursed be the man who eats food this day. The people were faint. 29 Then said Jonathan, My father has troubled the land. Please look how my eyes have been enlightened, because I tasted a little of this honey.
1 Sam 17:43 : 43 The Philistine said to David, Am I a dog, that you come to me with sticks? The Philistine cursed David by his gods.
