Verse 29

When he gave to the sea its boundary, That the waters should not violate his commandment, When he marked out the foundations of the earth;

Ps 104:9 : 9 You have set a boundary that they may not pass over; That they don't turn again to cover the earth.
Gen 1:9-9 : 9 God said, "Let the waters under the sky be gathered together to one place, and let the dry land appear," and it was so. 10 God called the dry land Earth, and the gathering together of the waters he called Seas. God saw that it was good.
Job 38:4-9 : 4 "Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Declare, if you have understanding. 5 Who determined the measures of it, if you know? Or who stretched the line on it? 6 Whereupon were the foundations of it fastened? Or who laid its cornerstone, 7 When the morning stars sang together, And all the sons of God shouted for joy? 8 "Or who shut up the sea with doors, When it broke forth from the womb, 9 When I made clouds the garment of it, Thick darkness a swaddling-band for it, 10 Marked out for it my bound, Set bars and doors, 11 And said, 'Here you may come, but no further; Here shall your proud waves be stayed?'
Ps 33:7 : 7 He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap. He lays up the deeps in storehouses.
Ps 104:5 : 5 He laid the foundations of the earth, That it should not be moved forever.
Jer 5:22 : 22 Don't you fear me? says Yahweh: won't you tremble at my presence, who have placed the sand for the bound of the sea, by a perpetual decree, that it can't pass it? and though the waves of it toss themselves, yet they can't prevail; though they roar, yet they can't pass over it.
