Verse 2

He covers himself with light as with a garment. He stretches out the heavens like a curtain.

Isa 40:22 : 22 [It is] he who sits above the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants of it are as grasshoppers; who stretches out the heavens as a curtain, and spreads them out as a tent to dwell in;
Dan 7:9 : 9 I saw until thrones were placed, and one who was ancient of days sat: his clothing was white as snow, and the hair of his head like pure wool; his throne was fiery flames, [and] the wheels of it burning fire.
Zech 12:1 : 1 An oracle. The word of Yahweh concerning Israel. Yahweh, who stretches out the heavens, and lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him says:
Matt 17:2 : 2 He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his garments became as white as the light.
1 Tim 6:16 : 16 who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light; whom no man has seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and eternal power. Amen.
Heb 1:10-12 : 10 And, "You, Lord, in the beginning, laid the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the works of your hands. 11 They will perish, but you continue. They all will grow old like a garment does. 12 As a mantle you will roll them up, And they will be changed; But you are the same. Your years will not fail."
1 John 1:5 : 5 This is the message which we have heard from him and announce to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
Isa 45:12 : 12 I have made the earth, and created man on it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens; and all their host have I commanded.
