Verse 21

Therefore Yahweh heard, and was angry. A fire was kindled against Jacob, Anger also went up against Israel,

Num 11:1-3 : 1 The people were as murmurers, [speaking] evil in the ears of Yahweh: and when Yahweh heard it, his anger was kindled; and the fire of Yahweh burnt among them, and devoured in the uttermost part of the camp. 2 The people cried to Moses; and Moses prayed to Yahweh, and the fire abated. 3 The name of that place was called Taberah, because the fire of Yahweh burnt among them.
Num 11:10 : 10 Moses heard the people weeping throughout their families, every man at the door of his tent: and the anger of Yahweh was kindled greatly; and Moses was displeased.
Deut 32:22 : 22 For a fire is kindled in my anger, Burns to the lowest Sheol, Devours the earth with its increase, Sets on fire the foundations of the mountains.
Ps 78:31 : 31 When the anger of God went up against them, Killed some of the fattest of them, And struck down the young men of Israel.
1 Cor 10:5 : 5 However with most of them, God was not well pleased, for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
