Verse 17

So now it is no more I that do it, but sin which dwells in me.

Rom 7:20 : 20 But if what I don't desire, that I do, it is no more I that do it, but sin which dwells in me.
Rom 4:7-8 : 7 "Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, Whose sins are covered. 8 Blessed is the man whom the Lord will by no means charge with sin."
Rom 7:18 : 18 For I know that in me, that is, in my flesh, dwells no good thing. For desire is present with me, but I don't find it doing that which is good.
Phil 3:8-9 : 8 Yes most assuredly, and I count all things to be loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus, my Lord, for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and count them nothing but refuse, that I may gain Christ 9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own, that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith;
Jas 4:5-6 : 5 Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, "The Spirit who lives in us yearns jealously"? 6 But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble."
Rom 7:23 : 23 but I see a different law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity under the law of sin which is in my members.
2 Cor 8:12 : 12 For if the readiness is there, it is acceptable according to what you have, not according to what you don't have.
