Verse 8

and he buildeth the city round about, from Millo, and unto the circumference, and Joab restoreth the rest of the city.

Judg 9:6 : 6 And all the masters of Shechem are gathered together, and all the house of Millo, and come and cause Abimelech to reign for king at the oak of the camp which `is' in Shechem;
