To everything -- a season, and a time to every delight under the heavens:

Eccl 3:17 : 17 I said in my heart, `The righteous and the wicked doth God judge, for a time `is' to every matter and for every work there.'
Eccl 8:5-6 : 5 Whoso is keeping a command knoweth no evil thing, and time and judgment the heart of the wise knoweth. 6 For to every delight there is a time and a judgment, for the misfortune of man is great upon him.
2 Kgs 5:26 : 26 And he saith unto him, `My heart went not when the man turned from off his chariot to meet thee; is it a time to take silver, and to take garments, and olives, and vines, and flock, and herd, and men-servants, and maid-servants?
Eccl 2:3 : 3 I have sought in my heart to draw out with wine my appetite, (and my heart leading in wisdom), and to take hold on folly till that I see where `is' this -- the good to the sons of man of that which they do under the heavens, the number of the days of their lives.
2 Chr 33:12 : 12 And when he is in distress he hath appeased the face of Jehovah his God, and is humbled exceedingly before the God of his fathers,
Prov 15:23 : 23 Joy `is' to a man in the answer of his mouth, And a word in its season -- how good!
Matt 16:3 : 3 and at morning, Foul weather to-day, for the heaven is red -- gloomy; hypocrites, the face of the heavens indeed ye do know to discern, but the signs of the times ye are not able!
