Verse 4

And I look, and lo, a tempestuous wind is coming from the north, a great cloud, and fire catching itself, and brightness to it round about, and out of its midst as the colour of copper, out of the midst of the fire.

Ps 50:3 : 3 Our God cometh, and is not silent, Fire before Him doth devour, And round about him it hath been very tempestuous.
Ps 97:2-3 : 2 Cloud and darkness `are' round about Him, Righteousness and judgment the basis of His throne. 3 Fire before Him goeth, And burneth round about His adversaries.
