Verse 22

dost thou see that the faith was working with his works, and out of the works the faith was perfected?

1 Thess 1:3 : 3 unceasingly remembering of you the work of the faith, and the labour of the love, and the endurance of the hope, of our Lord Jesus Christ, in the presence of our God and Father,
Heb 11:17-19 : 17 By faith Abraham hath offered up Isaac, being tried, and the only begotten he did offer up who did receive the promises, 18 of whom it was said -- `In Isaac shall a seed be called to thee;' 19 reckoning that even out of the dead God is able to raise up, whence also in a figure he did receive `him'.
Jas 2:18 : 18 But say may some one, Thou hast faith, and I have works, shew me thy faith out of thy works, and I will shew thee out of my works my faith:
1 John 2:5 : 5 and whoever may keep his word, truly in him the love of God hath been perfected; in this we know that in him we are.
1 John 4:17-18 : 17 In this made perfect hath been the love with us, that boldness we may have in the day of the judgment, because even as He is, we -- we also are in this world; 18 fear is not in the love, but the perfect love doth cast out the fear, because the fear hath punishment, and he who is fearing hath not been made perfect in the love;
Gal 5:6 : 6 for in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision, but faith through love working.
