Verse 14

but for Tyre and Sidon it shall be more tolerable in the judgment than for you.

Luke 12:47-48 : 47 `And that servant, who having known his lord's will, and not having prepared, nor having gone according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes, 48 and he who, not having known, and having done things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few; and to every one to whom much was given, much shall be required from him; and to whom they did commit much, more abundantly they will ask of him.
John 15:22-25 : 22 if I had not come and spoken to them, they were not having sin; but now pretext they have not for their sin. 23 `He who is hating me, doth hate also my Father; 24 if I did not do among them the works that no other hath done, they were not having sin, and now they have both seen and hated both me and my Father; 25 but -- that the word may be fulfilled that was written in their law -- They hated me without a cause.
