Verse 28

say unto them, I live -- an affirmation of Jehovah -- if, as ye have spoken in Mine ears -- so I do not to you;

Num 14:21 : 21 and yet, I live -- and it is filled -- the whole earth -- `with' the honour of Jehovah;
Num 14:23 : 23 they see not the land which I have sworn to their fathers, yea, none of those despising Me see it;
Heb 3:17 : 17 but with whom was He grieved forty years? was it not with those who did sin, whose carcasses fell in the wilderness?
Num 14:2 : 2 and all the sons of Israel murmur against Moses, and against Aaron, and all the company say unto them, `O that we had died in the land of Egypt, or in this wilderness, O that we had died!

Num 32:11 : 11 They do not see -- the men who are coming up out of Egypt from a son of twenty years and upward -- the ground which I have sworn to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, for they have not been fully after Me;
Deut 1:35 : 35 Not one of these men of this evil generation doth see the good land which I have sworn to give to your fathers,
Ps 90:8-9 : 8 Thou hast set our iniquities before Thee, Our hidden things at the light of Thy face, 9 For all our days pined away in Thy wrath, We consumed our years as a meditation.
