Verse 12

And he who is bringing near on the first day his offering is Nahshon son of Amminadab, of the tribe of Judah.

Gen 49:8 : 8 Judah! thou -- thy brethren praise thee! Thy hand `is' on the neck of thine enemies, Sons of thy father bow themselves to thee.
