Verse 16

In the multiplying of the wicked transgression multiplieth, And the righteous on their fall do look.

Ps 37:36 : 36 And he passeth away, and lo, he is not, And I seek him, and he is not found!
Ps 58:10 : 10 The righteous rejoiceth that he hath seen vengeance, His steps he washeth in the blood of the wicked.
Ps 91:8 : 8 But with thine eyes thou lookest, And the reward of the wicked thou seest,
