To the Overseer. -- A Psalm of David. Deliver me, O Jehovah, from an evil man, From one of violence Thou keepest me.

Ps 18:48 : 48 My deliverer from mine enemies, Above my withstanders Thou raisest me, From a man of violence dost deliver me.
Ps 71:4 : 4 O my God, cause me to escape From the hand of the wicked, From the hand of the perverse and violent.
