And all horns of the wicked I cut off, Exalted are the horns of the righteous!

Ps 89:17 : 17 For the beauty of their strength `art' Thou, And in Thy good will is our horn exalted,
Ps 92:10 : 10 And Thou exaltest as a reem my horn, I have been anointed with fresh oil.
