Verse 14

Righteousness and judgment `Are' the fixed place of Thy throne, Kindness and truth go before Thy face.

Ps 97:2 : 2 Cloud and darkness `are' round about Him, Righteousness and judgment the basis of His throne.
Ps 85:13 : 13 Righteousness before Him goeth, And maketh His footsteps for a way!
Ps 89:2 : 2 For I said, `To the age is kindness built, The heavens! Thou dost establish Thy faithfulness in them.'
Deut 32:4 : 4 The Rock! -- perfect `is' His work, For all His ways `are' just; God of stedfastness, and without iniquity: Righteous and upright `is' He.
