ስለዚህ በሰማይ ጽላት ላይ ተደነገገ፦ ሰው ባልንጀራውን በየተገደለበት መሣሪያ እርሱ ቢገድለው እንዲሁ ይገደል፤ እንዳቆሰለው እንዲሁ ይደርስበት።
