ይህ ለዘላለም የተደነገጠ ሥርዓት ነው፤ ስለ እስራኤል ልጆች በሰማያዊ ጽላቶች ላይ ተጽፎ ነው፣ በየአመቱ አንድ ጊዜ በቀኑ እንዲከብሩት በትውልዶቻቸው ሁሉ፤ የጊዜ ገደብ የለውም፤ ለዘላለም ተደነግጎአል።
