Isa 13:1-9 : 1 The burden{H4853} of Babylon,{H894} which Isaiah{H3470} the son{H1121} of Amoz{H531} did see.{H2372} 2 Set ye up{H5375} an ensign{H5251} upon the bare{H8192} mountain,{H2022} lift up{H7311} the voice{H6963} unto them, wave{H5130} the hand,{H3027} that they may go{H935} into the gates{H6607} of the nobles.{H5081} 3 I have commanded{H6680} my consecrated ones,{H6942} yea, I have called{H7121} my mighty men{H1368} for mine anger,{H639} even my proudly{H1346} exulting{H5947} ones. 4 The noise{H6963} of a multitude{H1995} in the mountains,{H2022} as{H1823} of a great{H7227} people!{H5971} the noise{H6963} of a tumult{H6963} of the kingdoms{H4467} of the nations{H1471} gathered together!{H622} Jehovah{H3068} of hosts{H6635} is mustering{H6485} the host{H6635} for the battle.{H4421} 5 They come{H935} from a far{H4801} country,{H776} from the uttermost{H7097} part of heaven,{H8064} even Jehovah,{H3068} and the weapons{H3627} of his indignation,{H2195} to destroy{H2254} the whole land.{H776} 6 Wail{H3213} ye; for the day{H3117} of Jehovah{H3068} is at hand;{H7138} as destruction{H7701} from the Almighty{H7706} shall it come.{H935} 7 Therefore shall all hands{H3027} be feeble,{H7503} and every heart{H3824} of man{H582} shall melt:{H4549} 8 and they shall be dismayed;{H926} pangs{H6735} and sorrows{H2256} shall take hold{H270} [of them]; they shall be in pain{H2342} as a woman in travail:{H2342} they shall look in amazement{H8539} one{H376} at another;{H7453} their faces{H6440} [shall be] faces{H6440} of flame. 9 Behold, the day{H3117} of Jehovah{H3068} cometh,{H935} cruel,{H394} with wrath{H5678} and fierce{H2740} anger;{H639} to make{H7760} the land{H776} a desolation,{H8047} and to destroy{H8045} the sinners{H2400} thereof out of it. 10 For the stars{H3556} of heaven{H8064} and the constellations{H3685} thereof shall not give{H1984} their light;{H216} the sun{H8121} shall be darkened{H2821} in its going forth,{H3318} and the moon{H3394} shall not cause its light{H216} to shine.{H5050} 11 And I will punish{H6485} the world{H8398} for [their] evil,{H7451} and the wicked{H7563} for their iniquity:{H5771} and I will cause the arrogancy{H1347} of the proud{H2086} to cease,{H7673} and will lay low{H8213} the haughtiness{H1346} of the terrible.{H6184} 12 I will make a man{H582} more rare{H3365} than fine gold,{H6337} even a man{H120} than the pure gold{H3800} of Ophir.{H211} 13 Therefore I will make the heavens{H8064} to tremble,{H7264} and the earth{H776} shall be shaken{H7493} out of its place,{H4725} in the wrath{H5678} of Jehovah{H3068} of hosts,{H6635} and in the day{H3117} of his fierce{H2740} anger.{H639} 14 And it shall come to pass, that as the chased{H5080} roe,{H6643} and as sheep{H6629} that no man{H376} gathereth,{H6908} they shall turn{H6437} every man{H376} to his own people,{H5971} and shall flee{H5127} every man to his own land.{H776} 15 Every one that is found{H4672} shall be thrust through;{H1856} and every one that is taken{H5595} shall fall{H5307} by the sword.{H2719} 16 Their infants{H5768} also shall be dashed in pieces{H7376} before their eyes;{H5869} their houses{H1004} shall be rifled,{H8155} and their wives{H802} ravished.{H7901} 17 Behold, I will stir up{H5782} the Medes{H4074} against them, who shall not regard{H2803} silver,{H3701} and as for gold,{H2091} they shall not delight{H2654} in it. 18 And [their] bows{H7198} shall dash{H7376} the young men{H5288} in pieces;{H7376} and they shall have no pity{H7355} on the fruit{H6529} of the womb;{H990} their eye{H5869} shall not spare{H2347} children.{H1121} 19 And Babylon,{H894} the glory{H6643} of kingdoms,{H4467} the beauty{H8597} of the Chaldeans'{H3778} pride,{H1347} shall be as when God{H430} overthrew{H4114} Sodom{H5467} and Gomorrah.{H6017} 20 It shall never{H5331} be inhabited,{H3427} neither shall it be dwelt{H7931} in from generation{H1755} to generation:{H1755} neither shall the Arabian{H6163} pitch tent{H167} there; neither shall shepherds{H7462} make their flocks to lie down{H7257} there. 21 But wild beasts of the desert{H6728} shall lie{H7257} there; and their houses{H1004} shall be full{H4390} of doleful creatures;{H255} and ostriches{H1323} shall dwell{H7931} there, and wild goats{H8163} shall dance{H7540} there.
Isa 17:14 : 14 At eventide,{H6256} behold, terror;{H1091} [and] before the morning{H1242} they are not. This is the portion{H2506} of them that despoil{H8154} us, and the lot{H1486} of them that rob{H962} us.
Isa 33:1 : 1 Woe{H1945} to thee that destroyest,{H7703} and thou wast not destroyed;{H7703} and dealest treacherously,{H898} and they dealt not treacherously{H898} with thee! When thou hast ceased{H8552} to destroy,{H7703} thou shalt be destroyed;{H7703} and when thou hast made an end{H5239} of dealing treacherously,{H898} they shall deal treacherously{H898} with thee.
Isa 65:21-22 : 21 And they shall build{H1129} houses,{H1004} and inhabit{H3427} them; and they shall plant{H5193} vineyards,{H3754} and eat{H398} the fruit{H6529} of them. 22 They shall not build,{H1129} and another{H312} inhabit;{H3427} they shall not plant,{H5193} and another{H312} eat:{H398} for as the days{H3117} of a tree{H6086} shall be the days{H3117} of my people,{H5971} and my chosen{H972} shall long enjoy{H1086} the work{H4639} of their hands.{H3027}
Jer 23:6-8 : 6 In his days{H3117} Judah{H3063} shall be saved,{H3467} and Israel{H3478} shall dwell{H7931} safely;{H983} and this is his name{H8034} whereby he shall be called:{H7121} Jehovah our righteousness.{H3072} 7 Therefore, behold, the days{H3117} come,{H935} saith{H5002} Jehovah,{H3068} that they shall no more say,{H559} As Jehovah{H3068} liveth,{H2416} who brought up{H5927} the children{H1121} of Israel{H3478} out of the land{H776} of Egypt;{H4714} 8 but, As Jehovah{H3068} liveth,{H2416} who brought up{H5927} and who led{H935} the seed{H2233} of the house{H1004} of Israel{H3478} out of the north{H6828} country,{H776} and from all the countries{H776} whither I had driven{H5080} them. And they shall dwell{H3427} in their own land.{H127}
Jer 29:5-6 : 5 Build{H1129} ye houses,{H1004} and dwell{H3427} in them; and plant{H5193} gardens,{H1593} and eat{H398} the fruit{H6529} of them. 6 Take{H3947} ye wives,{H802} and beget{H3205} sons{H1121} and daughters;{H1323} and take{H3947} wives{H802} for your sons,{H1121} and give{H5414} your daughters{H1323} to husbands,{H582} that they may bear{H3205} sons{H1121} and daughters;{H1121} and multiply{H7235} ye there, and be not diminished.{H4591}
Jer 29:28 : 28 forasmuch as he hath sent{H7971} unto us in Babylon,{H894} saying,{H559} [The]{H1931} [captivity] is long:{H752} build{H1129} ye houses,{H1004} and dwell{H3427} in them; and plant{H5193} gardens,{H1593} and eat{H398} the fruit{H6529} of them?
Jer 30:16 : 16 Therefore all they that devour{H398} thee shall be devoured;{H398} and all thine adversaries,{H6862} every one of them, shall go{H3212} into captivity;{H7628} and they that despoil{H7601} thee shall be a spoil,{H4933} and all that prey{H962} upon thee will I give{H5414} for a prey.{H957}
Jer 31:4-5 : 4 Again will I build{H1129} thee, and thou shalt be built,{H1129} O virgin{H1330} of Israel:{H3478} again shalt thou be adorned{H5710} with thy tabrets,{H8596} and shalt go forth{H3318} in the dances{H4234} of them that make merry.{H7832} 5 Again shalt thou plant{H5193} vineyards{H3754} upon the mountains{H2022} of Samaria;{H8111} the planters{H5193} shall plant,{H5193} and shall enjoy [the fruit]{H2490} [thereof].
Hab 2:8 : 8 Because thou hast plundered{H7997} many{H7227} nations,{H1471} all the remnant{H3499} of the peoples{H5971} shall plunder{H7997} thee, because of men's{H120} blood,{H1818} and for the violence{H2555} done to the land,{H776} to the city{H7151} and to all that dwell{H3427} therein.
Zeph 2:8-9 : 8 I have heard{H8085} the reproach{H2781} of Moab,{H4124} and the revilings{H1421} of the children{H1121} of Ammon,{H5983} wherewith they have reproached{H2778} my people,{H5971} and magnified{H1431} themselves against their border.{H1366} 9 Therefore as I live,{H2416} saith{H5002} Jehovah{H3068} of hosts,{H6635} the God{H430} of Israel,{H3478} Surely Moab{H4124} shall be as Sodom,{H5467} and the children{H1121} of Ammon{H5983} as Gomorrah,{H6017} a possession{H4476} of nettles,{H2738} and saltpits,{H4379} and a perpetual{H5704} desolation:{H8077} the residue{H7611} of my people{H5971} shall make a prey{H962} of them, and the remnant{H3499} of my nation{H1471} shall inherit{H5157} them.
Zech 1:15 : 15 And I am very{H1419} sore{H7110} displeased{H7107} with the nations{H1471} that are at ease;{H7600} for I was but a little{H4592} displeased,{H7107} and they helped{H5826} forward the affliction.{H7451}

Ezek 38:11 : 11 and thou shalt say,{H559} I will go up{H5927} to the land{H776} of unwalled villages;{H6519} I will go{H935} to them that are at rest,{H8252} that dwell{H3427} securely,{H983} all of them dwelling{H3427} without walls,{H2346} and having neither bars{H1280} nor gates;{H1817}
Ezek 39:10 : 10 so that they shall take{H5375} no wood{H6086} out of the field,{H7704} neither cut down{H2404} any out of the forests;{H3293} for they shall make{H1197} fires{H784} of the weapons;{H5402} and they shall plunder{H7997} those that plundered{H7997} them, and rob{H962} those that robbed{H962} them, saith{H5002} the Lord{H136} Jehovah.{H3069}
Hos 2:18 : 18 And in that day{H3117} will I make{H3772} a covenant{H1285} for them with the beasts{H2416} of the field,{H7704} and with the birds{H5775} of the heavens,{H8064} and with the creeping things{H7431} of the ground:{H127} and I will break{H7665} the bow{H7198} and the sword{H2719} and the battle{H4421} out of the land,{H776} and will make them to lie down{H7901} safely.{H983}
