Jesus said to his disciples, 'It is inevitable that stumbling blocks will come, but woe to the one through whom they come!'

Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!

It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, than for him to cause one of these little ones to stumble.

It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

Be on guard! If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.

Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times returns to you saying, 'I repent,' you must forgive him.

And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

The apostles said to the Lord, 'Increase our faith!'

And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.

The Lord replied, 'If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.'

And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

Which of you, having a servant plowing or tending sheep, will say to him when he comes in from the field, ‘Come at once and sit down to eat’?

But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat?

Instead, won't he say to him, ‘Prepare my dinner, make yourself ready and serve me while I eat and drink; after that, you may eat and drink’?

And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?

Does he thank that servant because he did what was commanded? I think not.

Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not.

In the same way, when you have done all that you were commanded, you should say, 'We are unworthy servants; we have only done what was our duty.'

So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

Now it happened as Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem, he traveled between Samaria and Galilee.

And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

As he entered a village, ten men with leprosy met him. They stood at a distance,

And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:

and raised their voices, saying, 'Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!'

And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.

When he saw them, he said, 'Go, show yourselves to the priests.' And as they went, they were cleansed.

And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.

One of them, when he saw that he had been healed, returned, glorifying God with a loud voice.

And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,

He fell face down at Jesus’ feet, thanking him—and he was a Samaritan.

And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.

Then Jesus replied, 'Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine?'

And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?

Was no one found to return and give glory to God except this foreigner?

There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.

Then Jesus said to him, 'Rise and go; your faith has made you well.'

And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

Being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, he replied, 'The kingdom of God is not coming in ways that can be observed.'

And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:

Nor will people say, 'Look, here it is!' or 'There it is!' For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst.

Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Then he said to the disciples, 'The days are coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, but you will not see it.'

And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.

People will say to you, 'Look, there he is!' or 'Here he is!' Do not go running off after them.

And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.

For as the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other, so will the Son of Man be in his day.

For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

But first he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.

Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man.

And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.

People were eating, drinking, marrying, and being given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.

They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.

It was the same in the days of Lot: People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building,

Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;

But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.

But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.

It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man is revealed.

Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

On that day, no one who is on the housetop with possessions inside should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should turn back for anything.

In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.

Whoever tries to save their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life will preserve it.

Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.

I say to you, on that night two people will be in one bed; one will be taken and the other left.

I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.

Two women will be grinding grain together; one will be taken and the other left.

Two people will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left.

Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

And they answered him, 'Where, Lord?' He said to them, 'Where there is a body, there the vultures will gather.'

And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.
