About Strong's Concordance

Strong's Concordance is an index of every word in the King James Version (KJV) Bible. Created by James Strong in 1890, it allows Bible students to find every occurrence of any word in the Bible and study the original Hebrew or Greek word behind the English translation.

Each Hebrew and Greek word is assigned a unique number, known as a "Strong's number." By looking up a Strong's number, you can find the original word's definition, pronunciation, and see all the verses where that word appears in the Bible.
