15lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they play the harlot after their gods, and sacrifice unto their gods, and one call thee and thou eat of his sacrifice;
18Behold Israel after the flesh: have not they that eat the sacrifices communion with the altar?
19What say I then? that a thing sacrificed to idols is anything, or that an idol is anything?
20But [I say], that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have communion with demons.
21Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of demons: ye cannot partake of the table of the Lord, and of the table of demons.
22Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?
10We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat that serve the tabernacle.
7And be not ye like your fathers, and like your brethren, who trespassed against Jehovah, the God of their fathers, so that he gave them up to desolation, as ye see.
20When therefore ye assemble yourselves together, it is not possible to eat the Lord's supper:
21for in your eating each one taketh before [other] his own supper; and one is hungry, and another is drunken.
22What, have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and put them to shame that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you? In this I praise you not.
2for they called the people unto the sacrifices of their gods; and the people did eat, and bowed down to their gods.
41And they made a calf in those days, and brought a sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their hands.
42But God turned, and gave them up to serve the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, Did ye offer unto me slain beasts and sacrifices Forty years in the wilderness, O house of Israel?
7Howbeit there is not in all men that knowledge: but some, being used until now to the idol, eat as [of] a thing sacrificed to an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled.
8But food will not commend us to God: neither, if we eat not, are we the worse; nor, if we eat, are we the better.
31Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
32Give no occasions of stumbling, either to Jews, or to Greeks, or to the church of God:
8And thou shalt not go into the house of feasting to sit with them, to eat and to drink.
12and they served idols, whereof Jehovah had said unto them, Ye shall not do this thing.
27If one of them that believe not biddeth you [to a feast], and ye are disposed to go; whatsoever is set before you, eat, asking no question for conscience' sake.

4Concerning therefore the eating of things sacrificed to idols, we know that no idol is [anything] in the world, and that there is no God but one.
7And I said unto them, Cast ye away every man the abominations of his eyes, and defile not yourselves with the idols of Egypt; I am Jehovah your God.
11And such were some of you: but ye were washed, but ye were sanctified, but ye were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the Spirit of our God.
17If any man destroyeth the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, and such are ye.
10For if a man see thee who hast knowledge sitting at meat in an idol's temple, will not his conscience, if he is weak, be emboldened to eat things sacrificed to idols?
2Ye know that when ye were Gentiles [ye were] led away unto those dumb idols, howsoever ye might led.
20Be not among winebibbers, Among gluttonous eaters of flesh:
7For they that sleep sleep in the night: and they that are drunken are drunken in the night.
16And what agreement hath a temple of God with idols? for we are a temple of the living God; even as God said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
