Thus Jehovah saved Hezekiah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem from the hand of Sennacherib the king of Assyria, and from the hand of all [others], and guided them on every side.

  • 6And I will add unto thy days fifteen years; and I will deliver thee and this city out of the hand of the king of Assyria; and I will defend this city for mine own sake, and for my servant David's sake.

  • 16At that time did Hezekiah cut off [the gold from] the doors of the temple of Jehovah, and [from] the pillars which Hezekiah king of Judah had overlaid, and gave it to the king of Assyria.

  • 15And Hezekiah prayed unto Jehovah, saying,

  • 37So Sennacherib king of Assyria departed, and went and returned, and dwelt at Nineveh.

  • 16And Isaiah said unto Hezekiah, Hear the word of Jehovah.
