6For this cause ye pay tribute also; for they are ministers of God's service, attending continually upon this very thing.
7Render to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute [is due] ; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor.

17Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit [to them] : for they watch in behalf of your souls, as they that shall give account; that they may do this with joy, and not with grief: for this [were] unprofitable for you.

25And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles have lordship over them; and they that have authority over them are called Benefactors.
44Of a truth I say unto you, that he will set him over all that he hath.
