24then the congregation shall judge between the smiter and the avenger of blood according to these ordinances;
17Although there is no violence in my hands, And my prayer is pure.
18O earth, cover not thou my blood, And let my cry have no [resting] -place.
25Cursed be he that taketh a bribe to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen.
