9For every matter of trespass, whether it be for ox, for ass, for sheep, for raiment, [or] for any manner of lost thing, whereof one saith, This is it, the cause of both parties shall come before God; he whom God shall condemn shall pay double unto his neighbor.
28They are waxed fat, they shine: yea, they overpass in deeds of wickedness; they plead not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, that they may prosper; and the right of the needy do they not judge.
8Jehovah ministereth judgment to the peoples: Judge me, O Jehovah, according to my righteousness, and to mine integrity that is in me.
7There the upright might reason with him; So should I be delivered for ever from my judge.

8And he will judge the world in righteousness, He will minister judgment to the peoples in uprightness.
1Righteous art thou, O Jehovah, when I contend with thee; yet would I reason the cause with thee: wherefore doth the way of the wicked prosper? wherefore are all they at ease that deal very treacherously?
11So that men shall say, Verily there is a reward for the righteous: Verily there is a God that judgeth in the earth.

13Jehovah standeth up to contend, and standeth to judge the peoples.

5I say [this] to move you to shame. What, cannot there be [found] among you one wise man who shall be able to decide between his brethren,

4They that forsake the law praise the wicked; But such as keep the law contend with them.
16He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well. Was not this to know me? saith Jehovah.
15For judgment shall return unto righteousness; And all the upright in heart shall follow it.
15It is joy to the righteous to do justice; But it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity.
24then the congregation shall judge between the smiter and the avenger of blood according to these ordinances;
25That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked, that so the righteous should be as the wicked; that be far from thee: shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?
16And moreover I saw under the sun, in the place of justice, that wickedness was there; and in the place of righteousness, that wickedness was there.
45And righteous men, they shall judge them with the judgment of adulteresses, and with the judgment of women that shed blood; because they are adulteresses, and blood is in their hands.
2Let my sentence come forth from thy presence; Let thine eyes look upon equity.
