15Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, be thus minded: and if in anything ye are otherwise minded, this also shall God reveal unto you:
16only, whereunto we have attained, by that same [rule] let us walk.
13if we are faithless, he abideth faithful; for he cannot deny himself.
1Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things that were heard, lest haply we drift away [from them] .
8Jesus Christ [is] the same yesterday and to-day, [yea] and for ever.
11Faithful is the saying: For if we died with him, we shall also live with him:
1Let us fear therefore, lest haply, a promise being left of entering into his rest, any one of you should seem to have come short of it.
9But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak:
3For we who have believed do enter into that rest; even as he hath said, As I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
19which we have as an anchor of the soul, [a hope] both sure and stedfast and entering into that which is within the veil;
10Wherefore, brethren, give the more diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never stumble:
25not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting [one another] ; and so much the more, as ye see the day drawing nigh.
11Let us therefore give diligence to enter into that rest, that no man fall after the same example of disobedience.
17and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with [him], that we may be also glorified with [him] .
23if so be that ye continue in the faith, grounded and stedfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel which ye heard, which was preached in all creation under heaven; whereof I Paul was made a minister.
13till we all attain unto the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a fullgrown man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
39But we are not of them that shrink back unto perdition; but of them that have faith unto the saving of the soul.
3that which we have seen and heard declare we unto you also, that ye also may have fellowship with us: yea, and our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ:
12to the end that we should be unto the praise of his glory, we who had before hoped in Christ:
1Wherefore leaving the doctrine of the first principles of Christ, let us press on unto perfection; not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
13But he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved.
19If we have only hoped in Christ in this life, we are of all men most pitiable.
17Ye therefore, beloved, knowing [these things] beforehand, beware lest, being carried away with the error of the wicked, ye fall from your own stedfastness.
19Hereby shall we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our heart before him:
2by which also ye are saved, if ye hold fast the word which I preached unto you, except ye believed in vain.
1Therefore let us also, seeing we are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
