15But in mine adversity they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together: The abjects gathered themselves together against me, and I knew [it] not; They did tear me, and ceased not:
8And thou hast laid fast hold on me, [which] is a witness [against me] : And my leanness riseth up against me, It testifieth to my face.

12For it was not an enemy that reproached me; Then I could have borne it: Neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; Then I would have hid myself from him:
20My friends scoff at me: [But] mine eye poureth out tears unto God,
8I am become a stranger unto my brethren, And an alien unto my mother's children.

10For mine enemies speak concerning me; And they that watch for my soul take counsel together,

21Do not I hate them, O Jehovah, that hate thee? And am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
12And say, How have I hated instruction, And my heart despised reproof;
17Thou renewest thy witnesses against me, And increasest thine indignation upon me: Changes and warfare are with me.
