14And the children of Benjamin gathered themselves together out of the cities unto Gibeah, to go out to battle against the children of Israel.
8And the children of Ammon came out, and put the battle in array at the entrance of the gate: and the Syrians of Zobah and of Rehob, and the men of Tob and Maacah, were by themselves in the field.
9But they forgat Jehovah their God; and he sold them into the hand of Sisera, captain of the host of Hazor, and into the hand of the Philistines, and into the hand of the king of Moab; and they fought against them.
6And Israel was brought very low because of Midian; and the children of Israel cried unto Jehovah.

29Then the Spirit of Jehovah came upon Jephthah, and he passed over Gilead and Manasseh, and passed over Mizpeh of Gilead, and from Mizpeh of Gilead he passed over unto the children of Ammon.
8I have heard the reproach of Moab, and the revilings of the children of Ammon, wherewith they have reproached my people, and magnified themselves against their border.
22And Judah was put to the worse before Israel; and they fled every man to his tent.
10and all the cities of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, unto the border of the children of Ammon;
13And he gathered unto him the children of Ammon and Amalek; and he went and smote Israel, and they possessed the city of palm-trees.
