23And I do all things for the gospel's sake, that I may be a joint partaker thereof.
19For I know that this shall turn out to my salvation, through your supplication and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,
20according to my earnest expectation and hope, that in nothing shall I be put to shame, but [that] with all boldness, as always, [so] now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether by life, or by death.
21For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

23But I am in a strait betwixt the two, having the desire to depart and be with Christ; for it is very far better:
24Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and fill up on my part that which is lacking of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church;
19For I through the law died unto the law, that I might live unto God.
20I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me: and that [life] which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, [the faith] which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.
10so that ye may approve the things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and void of offence unto the day of Christ;
11being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are through Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.
12Now I would have you know, brethren, that the things [which happened] unto me have fallen out rather unto the progress of the gospel;
13so that my bonds became manifest in Christ throughout the whole praetorian guard, and to all the rest;
21who shall fashion anew the body of our humiliation, [that it may be] conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working whereby he is able even to subject all things unto himself.
8and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, becoming obedient [even] unto death, yea, the death of the cross.
13Wherefore I ask that ye may not faint at my tribulations for you, which are your glory.
10to walk worthily of the Lord unto all pleasing, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

10Wherefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
13but insomuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings, rejoice; that at the revelation of his glory also ye may rejoice with exceeding joy.
14But far be it from me to glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world hath been crucified unto me, and I unto the world.
29whereunto I labor also, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.
18For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed to us-ward.
10to the intent that now unto the principalities and the powers in the heavenly [places] might be made known through the church the manifold wisdom of God,
31I protest by that glorifying in you, brethren, which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.
8Be not ashamed therefore of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but suffer hardship with the gospel according to the power of God;
17that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him;

10Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sake, that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
