5 But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear to turn from their wickedness, to burn no incense unto other gods.
20 He hath not dealt so with any nation; And as for his ordinances, they have not known them. Praise ye Jehovah.
14 And the anger of Jehovah was kindled against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of spoilers that despoiled them; and he sold them into the hands of their enemies round about, so that they could not any longer stand before their enemies.
23 But Jehovah thy God will deliver them up before thee, and will discomfit them with a great discomfiture, until they be destroyed.
33 Howbeit the high places were not taken away; neither as yet had the people set their hearts unto the God of their fathers.
