4Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; [Lest] mine adversaries rejoice when I am moved.
3For, lo, they lie in wait for my soul; The mighty gather themselves together against me: Not for my transgression, nor for my sin, O Jehovah.
13Have mercy upon me, O Jehovah; Behold my affliction [which I suffer] of them that hate me, Thou that liftest me up from the gates of death;
21They have heard that I sigh; there is none to comfort me; all mine enemies have heard of my trouble; they are glad that thou hast done it: Thou wilt bring the day that thou hast proclaimed, and they shall be like unto me.
22Let all their wickedness come before thee; And do unto them, as thou hast done unto me for all my transgressions: For my sighs are many, and my heart is faint.
19But mine enemies are lively, [and] are strong; And they that hate me wrongfully are multiplied.
3Because of the voice of the enemy, Because of the oppression of the wicked; For they cast iniquity upon me, And in anger they persecute me.

7Arise, O Jehovah; Save me, O my God: For thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; Thou hast broken the teeth of the wicked.
13Thou didst thrust sore at me that I might fall; But Jehovah helped me.
3Though a host should encamp against me, My heart shall not fear: Though war should rise against me, Even then will I be confident.
12His troops come on together, And cast up their way against me, And encamp round about my tent.
6They have prepared a net for my steps; My soul is bowed down: They have digged a pit before me; They are fallen into the midst thereof themselves. {{Selah
9From the wicked that oppress me, My deadly enemies, that compass me about.

12For innumerable evils have compassed me about; Mine iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to look up; They are more than the hairs of my head; And my heart hath failed me.
15My times are in thy hand: Deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.
10They have gaped upon me with their mouth; They have smitten me upon the cheek reproachfully: They gather themselves together against me.
24Judge me, O Jehovah my God, according to thy righteousness; And let them not rejoice over me.
11But Jehovah is with me as a mighty one [and] a terrible: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail; they shall be utterly put to shame, because they have not dealt wisely, even with an everlasting dishonor which shall never be forgotten.

13For I have heard the defaming of many, Terror on every side: While they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life.
3They have compassed me about also with words of hatred, And fought against me without a cause.
3For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; He hath smitten my life down to the ground: He hath made me to dwell in dark places, as those that have been long dead.
10For mine enemies speak concerning me; And they that watch for my soul take counsel together,
15But in mine adversity they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together: The abjects gathered themselves together against me, and I knew [it] not; They did tear me, and ceased not:
