11He saith in his heart, God hath forgotten; He hideth his face; he will never see it.
17Let not thy heart envy sinners; But [be thou] in the fear of Jehovah all the day long:
24The fear of the wicked, it shall come upon him; And the desire of the righteous shall be granted.
11Let not the foot of pride come against me, And let not the hand of the wicked drive me away.
2He that walketh in his uprightness feareth Jehovah; But he that is perverse in his ways despiseth him.
18If I regard iniquity in my heart, The Lord will not hear:
7Be not wise in thine own eyes; Fear Jehovah, and depart from evil:
18Lest Jehovah see it, and it displease him, And he turn away his wrath from him.
29A wicked man hardeneth his face; But as for the upright, he establisheth his ways.
11There is none that understandeth, There is none that seeketh after God;
12The wicked plotteth against the just, And gnasheth upon him with his teeth.
33Upon earth there is not his like, That is made without fear.
36To subvert a man in his cause, the Lord approveth not.
35Then would I speak, and not fear him; For I am not so in myself.
9The show of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their soul! for they have done evil unto themselves.
16But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, And that thou hast taken my covenant in thy mouth,
2saying, There was in a city a judge, who feared not God, and regarded not man:
12The righteous man considereth the house of the wicked, [How] the wicked are overthrown to [their] ruin.
14In whose heart is perverseness, Who deviseth evil continually, Who soweth discord.
6Righteousness guardeth him that is upright in the way; But wickedness overthroweth the sinner.
9The thought of foolishness is sin; And the scoffer is an abomination to men.
4Yea, thou doest away with fear, And hinderest devotion before God.
29For that they hated knowledge, And did not choose the fear of Jehovah:
