22But now being made free from sin and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto sanctification, and the end eternal life.
12So then, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh:
13for if ye live after the flesh, ye must die; but if by the Spirit ye put to death the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
23but I see a different law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity under the law of sin which is in my members.
24Wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me out of the body of this death?
25I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then I of myself with the mind, indeed, serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

12Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey the lusts thereof:
13neither present your members unto sin [as] instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves unto God, as alive from the dead, and your members [as] instruments of righteousness unto God.
14For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under law, but under grace.
17So now it is no more I that do it, but sin which dwelleth in me.
18For I know that in me, that is, in my flesh, dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me, but to do that which is good [is] not.
19For I through the law died unto the law, that I might live unto God.
24And they that are of Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with the passions and the lusts thereof.
15Then the lust, when it hath conceived, beareth sin: and the sin, when it is fullgrown, bringeth forth death.
5Put to death therefore your members which are upon the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry;
10And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the spirit is life because of righteousness.
3among whom we also all once lived in the lust of our flesh, doing the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest:--
20because by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified in his sight; for through the law [cometh] the knowledge of sin.
12So then death worketh in us, but life in you.
20But if what I would not, that I do, it is no more I that do it, but sin which dwelleth in me.
21I find then the law, that, to me who would do good, evil is present.
13for until the law sin was in the world; but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
2God forbid. We who died to sin, how shall we any longer live therein?
15for the law worketh wrath; but where there is no law, neither is there transgression.
