Zechariah 5:4

I will cause it to go forth, saith Jehovah of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by my name; and it shall abide in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof.

  • 9Shall I not visit for these things? saith Jehovah; and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?

  • 6Thy habitation is in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know me, saith Jehovah.

  • 14Thus saith Jehovah against all mine evil neighbors, that touch the inheritance which I have caused my people Israel to inherit: behold, I will pluck them up from off their land, and will pluck up the house of Judah from among them.

  • 8If the thief be not found, then the master of the house shall come near unto God, [to see] whether he have not put his hand unto his neighbor's goods.

  • 5and let them deliver it into the hand of the workmen that have the oversight of the house of Jehovah; and let them give it to the workmen that are in the house of Jehovah, to repair the breaches of the house,

  • 14And I will punish you according to the fruit of your doings, saith Jehovah; and I will kindle a fire in her forest, and it shall devour all that is round about her.

  • 3O my mountain in the field, I will give thy substance and all thy treasures for a spoil, [and] thy high places, because of sin, throughout all thy borders.

  • 8The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith Jehovah of hosts.

  • 15And it shall be, that he that is taken with the devoted thing shall be burnt with fire, he and all that he hath; because he hath transgressed the covenant of Jehovah, and because he hath wrought folly in Israel.

  • 4For thus saith Jehovah, the God of Israel, concerning the houses of this city, and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah, which are broken down [to make a defence] against the mounds and against the sword;

  • 29Shall I not visit for these things? saith Jehovah; shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?

  • 15Thus will I accomplish my wrath upon the wall, and upon them that have daubed it with untempered [mortar] ; and I will say unto you, The wall is no more, neither they that daubed it;

  • 30Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith Jehovah, that steal my words every one from his neighbor.
