הוֹי בָּנִים סוֹרְרִים נְאֻם־יְהוָה לַעֲשׂוֹת עֵצָה וְלֹא מִנִּי וְלִנְסֹךְ מַסֵּכָה וְלֹא רוּחִי לְמַעַן סְפוֹת חַטָּאת עַל־חַטָּאת׃

Transliteration

Hōy bānîm sōrerîm neʾum-Yhwh to do ʿēṣâ and not from me, and to pour out massēkâ and not [of] my rûaḥ, for the sake of adding ḥaṭṭāʾt upon ḥaṭṭāʾt.
