  • 11 So the Lord said to Solomon, Because you have done this, and have not kept my agreement and my laws, which I gave you, I will take the kingdom away from you by force and will give it to your servant.

  • 6 Then he sent for his son Solomon, and gave him orders for the building of a house for the Lord, the God of Israel.

  • 45 But a blessing will be on King Solomon, and the kingdom of David will keep its place before the Lord for ever.
