17 These are the names of the men who are to make the distribution of the land among you: Eleazar the priest and Joshua, the son of Nun.

2 And said to them, You have kept all the orders of Moses, the Lord's servant, and have done everything I gave you orders to do:
11 And the Lord had talk with Moses face to face, as a man may have talk with his friend. And when Moses came back to the tents, his servant, the young man Joshua, the son of Nun, did not come away from the Tent.
27 So the Lord was with Joshua; and news of him went through all the land.
