Transliteration

Therefore ʾĕmōr to-bêṯ yiśrāʾēl, thus ʾāmar ʾăḏōnāy YHWH: šûḇû and-wə-hāšîḇû from-upon gillûlêkem and-from-upon all-tôʿăḇōṯêkem hāšîḇû pənêkem.
