12 He has made the earth by his power, he has made the world strong in its place by his wisdom, and by his wise design the heavens have been stretched out.
10 You, Lord, at the first did put the earth on its base, and the heavens are the works of your hands:
24 Make clear his glory to the nations, and his wonders to all the peoples.
