15 In the daye tyme he led them with a cloude, and all the night thorow with a light of fyre.
16 He cloaue the hard rockes in the wildernesse, and gaue them drynke therof, as it had bene out of the greate deapth.

5 And wherfore haue ye brought vs out of Egipte in to this place, where men can not sowe, where are nether fygges, ner vynes, ner pomgranates, & where there is no water to drynke?
16 And from thence they came to the well. This is the well, wherof the LORDE spake vnto Moses: gather the people together, I wil geue them water.
32 And Moses sayde: This is it that ye LORDE hath commaunded: Fill a Gomor therof to be kepte for youre posterities, yt they maye se the bred, wherwith I fed you, whan I brought you out of ye lande of Egipte.

36 The same broughte them out, and dyd wonders and tokens in Egipte, and in the reed see, and in ye wyldernesse fourtye yeares.
