25 I destroye the tokens of witches, and make the Sothsayers go wronge. As for the wise, I turne them bacward, and make their conninge folishnesse.

22 And the Sorcerers also of Egipte, dyd likewyse with their Sorceries. But Pharaos hert was hardened, & he herkened not vnto the, like as the LORDE had sayde.
10 For like as the thornes that sticke together, and as the drye strawe, so shal the dronckardes be consumed together, euen when they be full.
