33 So Iosiah tooke away al the abominations out of all the countreis that perteined to the children of Israel, & compelled all that were found in Israel, to serue the Lorde their God: so all his dayes they turned not backe from the Lord God of their fathers.

24 Iosiah also tooke away them that had familiar spirits, and the soothsayers, and the images, and the idoles, and al the abominations that were espied in the lande of Iudah and in Ierusalem, to performe the wordes of the Lawe, which were written in the booke that Hilkiah the Priest found in the house of the Lord.
3 And the Lorde was with Iehoshaphat, because he walked in the first wayes of his father Dauid, and sought not Baalim,
4 But sought the Lorde God of his father, and walked in his commandements, and not after the trade of Israel.

5 But take diligent heede, to doe the commandement and Lawe, which Moses the seruant of the Lord commaunded you: that is, that ye loue the Lorde your God, and walke in all his wayes, and keepe his commandements, and cleaue vnto him, and serue him with all your heart and with all your soule.

16 And as Iosiah turned himselfe, he spied the graues, that were in the mount, & sent and tooke the bones out of the graues, and burnt them vpon the altar and polluted it, according to the word of the Lord, that the man of God proclaimed, which cryed the same wordes.
