24After they burnt the citie with fire, and all that was therein: onely the siluer and the gold, and the vessels of brasse and yron, they put vnto the treasure of the house of the Lorde.
11Wherefore our elders, and all the inhabitants of our countrey spake to vs, saying, Take vitailes with you for the iourney, and go to meete them, and say vnto them, Wee are your seruants: now therefore make ye a league with vs.
12So all ye cities of those Kings, & all the kings of them did Ioshua take, & smote them with the edge of the sword, and vtterly destroyed them, as Moses the seruant of the Lord had commaunded.
