2 Then if so be the wicked be worthy to bee beaten, the iudge shall cause him to lie downe, and to be beaten before his face, according to his trespasse, vnto a certaine nomber.

5 For if you amende and redresse your waies and your woorkes: if you execute iudgement betweene a man and his neighbour,
18 Iudges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy cities, which the Lord thy God giueth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall iudge the people with righteous iudgement.

8 If the thiefe be not founde, then the master of the house shalbe brought vnto the Iudges to sweare, whether he hath put his hande vnto his neighbours good, or no.
9 In all maner of trespasse, whether it bee for oxen, for asse, for sheepe, for raiment, or for any maner of lost thing, which an other chalengeth to be his, the cause of both parties shal come before the iudges, and whom the Iudges condemne, he shall pay the double vnto his neighbour.
28 They are waxen fat and shining: they doe ouerpasse the deedes of the wicked: they execute no iudgement, no not the iudgement of the fatherlesse: yet they prosper, though they execute no iudgement for the poore.
8 The Lorde shall iudge the people: Iudge thou me, O Lorde, according to my righteousnesse, and according to mine innocencie, that is in mee.
7 There the righteous might reason with him, so I shoulde be deliuered for euer from my Iudge.

4 If then ye haue iudgements of things perteining to this life, set vp them which are least esteemed in the Church.
5 I speake it to your shame. Is it so that there is not a wise man among you? no not one, that can iudge betweene his brethren?
16 When they haue a matter, they come vnto me, and I iudge betweene one and another, and declare the ordinances of God, and his lawes.
4 They that forsake the Law, prayse the wicked: but they that keepe the Law, set themselues against them.

25 Be it farre fro thee from doing this thing, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be euen as the wicked, be it farre from thee. shall not the Iudge of all the worlde doe right?
16 And moreouer I haue seene vnder the sunne the place of iudgement, where was wickednesse, and the place of iustice where was iniquitie.
45 And ye righteous men they shal iudge them, after the maner of harlots, and after the maner of murtherers: for they are harlots, and blood is in their hands.
2 Let my sentence come forth from thy presence, and let thine eyes beholde equitie.
