25Hast thou not heard, howe I haue of olde time made it, and haue formed it long ago? & should I nowe bring it, that it should be destroyed, & laid on ruinous heapes, as cities defensed?

8Hee himselfe alone spreadeth out the heauens, and walketh vpon the height of the sea.
17Ah Lord God, beholde, thou hast made the heauen and the earth by thy great power, and by thy stretched out arme, & there is nothing hard vnto thee.
26Lift vp your eyes on hie, and beholde who hath created these things, and bringeth out their armies by nomber, and calleth them all by names? by the greatnesse of his power & mightie strength nothing faileth.
15He hath made the earth by his power, & established the world by his wisedome, and hath stretched out the heauen by his discretion.
16O Lorde of hostes, God of Israel, which dwellest betweene the Cherubims, thou art very God alone ouer all the kingdomes of the earth: thou hast made the heauen and the earth.
22He sitteth vpon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grashoppers, hee stretcheth out ye heauens, as a curtaine, and spreadeth them out, as a tent to dwell in.
