11Nowe when Iobs three friends heard of all this euill that was come vpon him, they came euery one from his owne place, to wit, Eliphaz the Temanite, and Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Naamathite: for they were agreed together to come to lament with him, and to comfort him.
36The sonnes of Eliphaz, Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.

1Moreouer Iob proceeded and continued his parable, saying,
32If there be matter, answere me, and speak: for I desire to iustifie thee.
1Wherefore, Iob, I pray thee, heare my talke and hearken vnto all my wordes.
2Then the wrath of Elihu the sonne of Barachel the Buzite, of the familie of Ram, was kindled: his wrath, I say, was kindled against Iob, because he iustified himselfe more then God.
3Also his anger was kindled against his three friends, because they could not finde an answere, and yet condemned Iob.
4(Now Elihu had wayted til Iob had spoken: for they were more ancient in yeeres then he)
5So when Elihu saw, that there was none answere in the mouth of the three men, his wrath was kindled.
6Therefore Elihu the sonne of Barachel, the Buzite answered, & sayd, I am yong in yeres, and ye are ancient: therefore I doubted, and was afraide to shewe you mine opinion.
3But I will speake to the Almightie, and I desire to dispute with God.
11And the sonnes of Eliphaz were Teman, Omar, Zepho, and Gatam, and Kenaz.
6(40:1) Againe the Lord answered Iob out of the whirle winde, and said,
1So Iob proceeded and continued his parable, saying,
5If thou canst giue me answere, prepare thy selfe and stand before me.
4Heare, I beseech thee, and I will speake: I will demaunde of thee, & declare thou vnto me.
22Then call thou, and I will answere: or let me speake, and answere thou me.
9Then Satan answered the Lord, and sayde, Doeth Iob feare God for nought?
4Knowest thou not this of olde? and since God placed man vpon the earth,
