9And God heard the voyce of Manoah, and the Angel of God came againe vnto the wife, as she sate in the fielde, but Manoah her husbande was not with her.

4And she shal continue in the blood of her purifying three and thirtie dayes: she shal touch no halowed thing, nor come into the Sanctuarie, vntil the time of her purifying be out.
5But if she beare a mayde childe, then shee shalbe vncleane two weekes, as when shee hath her disease: and she shal continue in the blood of her purifying three score and sixe dayes.
9Thou shalt not drinke wine nor strong drinke, thou, nor thy sonnes with thee, when yee come into the Tabernacle of the Congregation, lest ye die: this is an ordinance for euer throughout your generations,
27When yee haue made her drinke the water, (if she bee defiled and haue trespassed against her husband) then shall the cursed water, turned into bitternesse, enter into her, and her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall rot, and the woman shal be accursed among her people.
28But if the woman bee not defiled, but bee cleane, she shalbe free & shall conceiue & beare.
11Also she vowed a vowe, and sayd, O Lord of hostes, if thou wilt looke on the trouble of thine handmaide, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaide, but giue vnto thine handmaide a manchilde, then I will giue him vnto the Lord all the dayes of his life, and there shall no rasor come vpon his head.
6But they said, We will drinke no wine: for Ionadab the sonne of Rechab our father commaunded vs, saying, Ye shall drinke no wine, neither you nor your sonnes for euer.

22But Hannah went not vp: for she sayd vnto her husband, I will tarie vntill the childe be weined, then I will bring him that hee may appeare before the Lord, and there abide for euer.
23And Elkanah her husband sayd vnto her, Do what seemeth thee best: tarie vntill thou hast weined him: only the Lord accomplish his word. So the woman abode, and gaue her sonne sucke vntill she weined him.
24And when she had weined him, she tooke him with her with three bullockes and an Ephah of floure and a bottell of wine, and brought him vnto the house of the Lorde in Shiloh, and the childe was yong.
17Thou maist nor eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corne, nor of thy wine, nor of thine oyle, nor the first borne of thy kine, nor of thy sheep, neither any of thy vowes which thou vowest, nor thy free offerings, nor the offering of thine hands,
18And she said, Drinke sir: and she hasted, and let downe her pitcher vpon her hand and gaue him drinke.
22And whosoeuer toucheth any thing that she sate vpon, shal wash his clothes, and wash him selfe in water, & shalbe vncleane vnto the euen:
11(30:12) And her husband hath heard it, and helde his peace cocerning her, not disalowing her, then all her vowes shall stand, and euery bond, wherewith she bound her selfe, shall stand in effect.
34Al meate also that shalbe eaten, if any such water come vpon it, shalbe vncleane: & all drinke that shalbe drunke in al such vessels shalbe vncleane.
19Then Manoah tooke a kid with a meate offering, and offered it vpon a stone vnto the Lorde: and the Angell did wonderously, whiles Manoah and his wife looked on.
23But his wife saide vnto him, If the Lorde woulde kill vs, he woulde not haue receiued a burnt offring, and a meate offring of our hands, neither would he haue shewed vs all these things, nor would now haue tolde vs any such.
3(30:4) If a woman also vow a vow vnto the Lord, and binde her selfe by a bonde, being in her fathers house, in the time of her youth,
12But shee answered him, Nay, my brother, doe not force me: for no such thing ought to be done in Israel: commit not this follie.
